Terms and Conditions

Booking a session


For the quickest and most convenient way of booking a session, we recommend using our online booking system. You will also be able to book in the club or over the telephone. Once they have added some details they will be classed as an Associate member and will be able to book sessions when they want to. Up to four people can use a bay at a time. Minimum booking length is one hour and maximum is any length of time up to close of business on that day. Prices will differ depending on the time of day.


Booking a lesson


We recommend you use our online booking system to book a lesson with our in-house PGA Coach. It’s quick and easy and will give you their availability. You can also book at the club or over the telephone. A standard lesson will be for an hour and will be conducted on our designated Trackman Golf Bay.



We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel any sessions/lessons, we would be able to reschedule for you as long as you give us at least 48 hours prior notice. If you cancel within 48 hours we would be unable to reschedule.


Arriving for your Session


We ask that you arrive in good time for the beginning of your session. Should you arrive late it will be at the duty manager’s discretion if you are able to complete the entirety of your session.


What to wear


You will not need to use golf shoes in the bays. We ask that flat shoes such as trainers are used. The use of soft or hard spiked golf shoes is not permitted. Although there is no strict dress code, clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for using our facilities.


Equipment needed


We will provide golf balls for all of our simulators.  We have sets of clubs available for use in the bays (subject to availability). We promote a clean equipment policy and would ask that any equipment used on our simulators is in a clean condition before use.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Except where expressly agreed otherwise by us in writing every member of the club shall be subject to these terms and conditions. The Pro Shot Golf Club Limited reserves the right to use discretion in all matters relating to membership.

  1. Membership is paid monthly and automatically renewed every month until revoked in writing and acknowledged by The Pro Shot Golf Club Limited.
  2. The membership begins on the 1st of each month and subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. A member joins each month for a minimum period of one month. If a member joins partway through a month it will be assumed that the monthly entitlement can be used in the remaining part of the month.
  3. Members will pay by credit card or debit card on the 1st day of each month. This will be automatically collected by The Pro Shot Golf Club. A member is responsible for funds being available to The Pro Shot Golf Club to collect at the start of each month.
  4. Members will be notified in advance by email of any changes to subscription fees
  5. Subscription payments not received within 7 days of becoming due will result in an administration fee of £30.
  6. Cancellation policy: In the event a Member wishes to cancel they must inform us in writing 7 days prior to the current month ending. There will be no refunds for any cancellation circumstances. Any unused entitlements or benefits may be used up until the end of the month in which the member cancels.
  7. A member upgrading a membership part way through a month will pay the new membership fee in full and will be entitled to the new entitlement in addition to the previous entitlement for that month. Discount offers will be applied at the higher of the two rates. For example, A Gold Member wants to become a Platinum Member: Once they pay the additional fee for that month they, in addition to the Peak and non-Peak playing slots for Gold Membership, will be entitled to the Platinum Peak and non-Peak playing slots plus their discount entitlement will increase to Platinum level.
  8. All members are responsible for their guests. A member may change their nominated guests twice during a rolling 12 month period.
  9. The Pro Shot Golf Club will endeavour to provide golf facilities in the best condition possible. Members must abide by The Pro Shot Golf Club’s Code of Conduct which is available on the website.
  10. Terms and conditions of membership may be revised from time to time and members should be aware of the terms and conditions posted on the website.


Membership Levels and Entitlements

All players at the Pro Shot Golf Club will be registered as members.

There are three membership levels:

  1. Associate/ Casual Members (Free Membership, occasional promotional offers, easy access and quick booking)
  2. Light/ Gold Membership (£32 per month Membership. 1 hour of Peak time and 2 hours of Non-Peak time per month plus 25% off standard charges for any other bookings)
  3. Full/ Platinum Membership (£52 per month Membership. 2 hours of Peak time and 3 hours of non-peak time per month plus 30% off standard charges for any other bookings)
